Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: 4-year B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or related fields with a pass class from a recognized institute/university.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in IT infrastructure, IP networking, data center projects, or similar fields.
- Age Relaxation:
- ST candidates: 5 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disability (min. 40%): 10 years
Job Responsibilities
- Configuration, maintenance, and updates for IP-enabled sensors, data centers, and IT application software.
- Handling IT infrastructure such as servers, switches, and storage systems.
- Coordinating with customers, vendors, and BEL Bengaluru for smooth project execution.
- Working in rotational shifts and maintaining uptime SLA for various systems.
Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2025 Project Engineer-I Vacancies
The selection process includes:
- A written test.
- An interview for candidates who qualify for the written test (1:5 merit ratio).
Retention Bonus
Project Engineers completing a 4-year tenure are eligible for a retention bonus of Rs. 25,000 per year, totaling Rs. 1,00,000, payable at the end of the tenure.
