Qualification & Experience for IIT Delhi Assistant Professor Recruitment 2025
- A.1: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent in the preceding degree and specialization in the relevant area. Candidates should have a strong academic record, good communication skills, a commitment to high-quality education, and the ability to conduct original research. Specific qualifications and specialization areas are outlined in Annexure 1.
- A.2: Assistant Professor Grade-I: Requires at least three years of industrial/research/teaching experience. Experience during PhD is not considered.
- A.3: Assistant Professor Grade-II: Candidates with a Ph.D. and less than three years of industrial/research/teaching experience may be considered for this grade.
