Recruitment Criteria for Teaching Positions

The following are the detailed criteria for recruitment in the Computer Science/ICT, Mathematics, and Chemistry departments:

Educational Qualification 

• Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 60% marks.
• For all three positions, academic excellence in the relevant field is essential.

B.Ed. Requirement

• Computer Science/ICT: A B.Ed. qualification is preferable but not mandatory.
• Mathematics and Chemistry: A B.Ed. qualification is mandatory for these positions.

Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in grades 9 to 12 for all three subjects.

Proficiency: Proficiency in English and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is required for all positions.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 55 years as of 25th December 2024 for all candidates.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Monthly salary: Rs. 1,40,000/-
• Air tickets for to-and-fro travel to Bhutan
• Leave, medical benefits, and travel passage as per contract
• Work permit assistance by the Royal Government of Bhutan
