THM Software Tester Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria 

To qualify for the Software Tester role at Tata Memorial Hospital, candidates must meet the following educational and professional requirements:

Criteria Details
Qualification BCA / MCA / BSC (IT) / BE (IT) or any IT Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, CSTE or ISTQB, 9001, Automation or Agile certifications
Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing and automation testing for desktop and web applications
Skills Fluent in English (verbal and written), knowledge of test methodologies & STLC, aptitude for learning, bug reporting tools knowledge (JIRA, Test Rail)
Certifications Automation or Agile certifications preferred

Job Responsibilities Tata Memorial Hospital Recruitment 2024

As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting manual and automated tests on both desktop and web applications.
  • Developing, writing, and executing test scripts.
  • Participating in the software testing life cycle (STLC).
  • Reporting bugs and defects using tools like JIRA and Test Rail.
  • Ensuring the software meets the defined standards and performs efficiently.

Remuneration and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging between Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 55,000/- per month depending on their experience and qualifications.
