APS Danapur, Gaya &  Ramghar Qualifications Required

The minimum qualifications for the Post of Teachers in Army Public Schools candidates are as per Appendix- C of AWES Guidelines for Selection of Teachers in Army Public Schools.

(a) In addition to the minimum aggregate percentages mentioned in Appendix C, a candidate should have scored no less than 50% marks in each of the subjects in which they have graduated/post-graduate. The detailed mark sheets will be scrutinized during the interview process.

(b) A Post-Graduate with less than 50% aggregate marks in Graduation can also apply for the post of a TGT/PRT provided the candidate has scored a minimum of 50% or more aggregate marks in post-graduation.

(c) Aggregate percentage will be based on the marks for the entire duration of Graduation/Post-Graduation.

(d) CTET/TET conducted by the Central State government is mandatory for appointment as TGTs/PRTs in the Regular & Fixed Term category.
2. Validity of Score Card :
(a) All scorecards issued to date are valid for life.
3. Inter Transfer: Services would be liable to transfer in organizational interest as per AWES guidelines.

1. Last Date for Submission of Application Forms: 20 January 2025.
2. Reporting Time for Interviews: Candidates must report at 8:00 AM on their scheduled interview date.
3. Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Interview, Teaching Skill Test, and Computer Proficiency Test.
   • Language Teachers (PGT & TGT) will also have a written test to assess their writing skills.
4. Submission of Application Forms:
   • Applications can be sent via registered or speed post.
   • Candidates can also submit the forms by hand at APS Danapur Cantt, APS Ramgarh Cantt, or APS Gaya during school hours on working days.
5. Email Applications: Applications sent via email will not be accepted.
6. Extension of Interview Schedule: If there are many candidates, the interview dates and duration may be extended.
